At Floralmiseco, every soap flower arrangement is carefully handcrafted and quality checked before dispatch.

Returns

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor variations in colour, arrangement, wrapping, or accessories

  • Normal wear or damage caused after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Orders

The following are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Orders that have already been prepared or dispatched

  • Delivery fees (unless the error was caused by Floralmiseco)

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
