All products are handcrafted, and slight variations in colour, design, wrapping, ribbons, and decorative accessories may occur. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the final arrangement.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

• Full payment is required before an order is confirmed unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.

4. Orders

• Orders are subject to product availability.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary.

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order and delivery details are accurate.

5. Delivery

• Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Additional delivery charges may apply for incorrect addresses, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or changes requested after dispatch.

• Floralmiseco is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

• Once production has started or the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

• Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property
